Whitney is a certified SHRM professional with years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies. She is an HR generalist who can lead the development of overarching corporate and personnel strategies while also working in the details of day-to-day HR needs. She has worked very closely with HR software platforms including Taleo, PeopleSoft, BambooHR, Gusto and Heartland.
Prior to WeThrive HR, Whitney worked for D.R. Horton in both HR Management and Leadership roles. Whitney is driven by the desire to provide Fortune 500 expertise to small businesses.
Over her career, Whitney has improved company culture, developed training programs, new hire manuals, recruited all over the Southeast and built effective teams. She prides herself on a great reputation for serving others and making processes more efficient.
Paige brings over 10 years of concierge level customer service experience to the WeThrive HR team. She has a diverse background of organization and coordination focused on people and project management.
Paige comes from the top hospitality company in the world where providing an incredible client experience was instilled in every aspect of her role. She remains committed to providing this same exceptional approach today.
She recruits and sources highly qualified candidates to fast-growing companies using social media networks, applicant tracking systems, and job ads. Her experience ranges from screening to interviewing, job research, and administering strength assessments.
Jennifer Ridenhour's over 20 years of experience in office and human resource management includes payroll processing, recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, coaching, and HR compliance, as well as serving as a strategic business partner. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Winthrop University and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
Prior to working with WeThrive HR, Jennifer served in such roles as the Vice President of Human Resources for South Carolina Student Loan Corporation and most recently the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Technical College of the Lowcountry. Christina is a SHRM Certified Professional with years of experience working for large, medium, and small businesses, as well as non-profits. She is a native to the Lowcountry and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Newberry College.
Prior to working with WeThrive HR, Christina practiced HR Management in the education sector. Christina has a passion for helping people realize their full potential while also providing exceptional customer service.
